Herbal teas

Our herbal teas, true farm treasures, are the fruit of meticulous, passionate work. Grown on our 4 acres of Ecocert-certified organic fields, they are made exclusively from local plants, with no imported raw materials. Each year, more than a ton of fresh plants are harvested by hand by our small team, then carefully dried to produce around 200 kilos of exceptional herbal teas. We are proud to be among the few in Quebec and Canada to offer 100% local herbal teas, supporting the regional economy and sustainable development in what we call “Fair Trade Quebec”. Our range includes some fifteen varieties, from blends developed for their specific virtues (digestive, remineralizing, relaxing) to unique plants such as nettle. Each recipe has been expertly crafted by a certified herbalist, combining Quebec plants with exotic species adapted to our climate, such as holy basil and spilanthes. Our herbal teas are as much health foods as they are tasty pleasures: they meet a variety of needs, from preventing insomnia to improving digestion or supporting breastfeeding. They're not just comforting beverages, but genuine superfoods rich in active ingredients. Prepared with love and care, from the first seed in February to the summer harvest, they embody the natural cycle of life, with deep respect for the earth. Each cup is the result of months of hard work: from February sowing to summer harvesting, from weeding under the sun to preparing the gardens for winter.
